I'm taking a break from Reason stuff. I'm back to working in FL for a bit. Working on a Rave-Rock series and finishing some old stuff I forgot about. I'll probably do 3 or 4 Rave-Rock tracks before moving back to Reason and taking some samples with me.

I found out I can use Audacity to record computer sound output live, so I recorded a full length version of Dsound.

Dsound: My first live piece. It's kinda got a tech-house vibe, but the synth is similar to what you hear in a lot of gabba. It isn't a perfect performance, and I might re-record it once I practice it some more, but its all good.

So, my live set! Its going... meh actually, I'm still adjusting to Reason 4, and the Thor synthesizer is scary-crazy looking. I've used Reason 3 in the past, so I'm familiar with the software, and for the most part it's unchanged in 4, but my Reason 3 tracks were all house-glitch-tech-techno music, and I'm trying for a more energetic (Read: Good) sound more in the style of Ghostland Observatory.

Just for you, I'm writing a first impressions reviewish thing of the software. Check below the fold.
